During Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order after work has commenced but before the final delivery has been made, the following applies:
- A partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation
- The amount refunded will be calculated by our team based on the work already completed and resources already allocated
- Cancellations during delivery must be submitted in writing to support@assignprosolution.com with your order reference
- No refund will be applicable if the work is substantially complete at the time of cancellation
- The decision on partial refund amounts is at the reasonable discretion of AssignPro Solution
After Delivery
Once the completed academic work or tutoring session has been delivered to you, refunds are generally not applicable. This is because the service has been fully rendered and intellectual effort has been invested.
- Refunds will not be issued on the basis of a change of mind after delivery
- Refunds will not be issued if you choose not to use the delivered work or guidance
- Refunds will not be issued if your academic result does not meet your personal expectations, as we do not guarantee specific grades
- If delivered work does not meet the original agreed requirements, a free revision will be offered — see the Revision Policy section below
Revision Policy
We offer free revisions where the delivered work does not meet the original requirements submitted at the time of placing your order. Our revision policy is as follows:
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Revisions must be based on the original brief and requirements — not new or changed instructions
- You are entitled to revisions until the work aligns with your original submitted requirements

- Revisions are completed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the scope of changes required
- Requests for additional content, topic changes or scope expansions beyond the original brief will be treated as new orders

Quality Disputes
If you believe the delivered work falls significantly below the quality standard agreed upon at the time of ordering, you may raise a formal quality dispute. The following process applies:
- Quality disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@assignprosolution.com
- Your dispute must clearly explain how the delivered work fails to meet the agreed requirements with specific examples
- Our quality assurance team will review the delivered work against your original brief within 3 to 5 business days
- If the dispute is upheld, we will first offer a full revision at no charge before considering any partial refund
- Partial refunds for quality disputes are considered only in cases where a satisfactory revision cannot be delivered
- Disputes based on personal preference, stylistic differences or post-delivery requirement changes will not be upheld
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have already downloaded, used or submitted the delivered work in any form

- Work was delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed requirements, but you changed your mind
