Users must not attempt to access restricted areas of the website, hack systems, disrupt services, or alter, damage, or delete website content or data.
2. Our Agreement With You as a Customer
AssignPro Solution operates as an intermediary between customers and qualified subject-matter experts.
We provide original academic support content strictly for reference and learning purposes.
We commit to delivering work that meets the specifications agreed upon at the time of order placement.
Suitable experts are selected based on subject expertise, deadlines, and complexity of the task.
Reasonable skill, care, and professional judgment are applied when assigning experts.
Completed work will be delivered to the customer’s registered email address before the agreed deadline (subject to customer cooperation).
Order Confirmation & Refund Policy
Once an expert is assigned and payment is successfully processed, the order is considered confirmed and non-refundable.
Requests for revisions may be accommodated if:
They align with the original order requirements, and
They are deemed reasonable and necessary by our quality team.
If additional or conflicting information is provided after payment, AssignPro Solution may:
Revise the quote, or
Assign a different expert, and
Set a new delivery timeline.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage if unforeseen complications arise. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
Customers are strictly prohibited from directly contacting experts. AssignPro Solution will act as the sole communication channel.
3. Outstanding Balance
If a partial payment (deposit) is accepted, the remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to the delivery deadline.
Failure to clear the outstanding balance may result in delayed or withheld delivery of the completed work.
4. Customer Information & Cooperation
Customers must provide all necessary instructions, files, and guidance in a timely manner.
Delays in sharing required information may lead to missed deadlines, for which AssignPro Solution will not be held responsible.
Any instructions received via the registered email address or phone number will be treated as valid and authorized communication from the customer.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
Customers agree not to disclose any proprietary, confidential, or internal information shared by AssignPro Solution to third parties.
AssignPro Solution is committed to protecting customer data and will not share personal information except when legally required by law or regulatory authorities.
6. Unsatisfied Customers & Amendments
If a customer believes the delivered work does not meet the original instructions, a free revision request may be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Revised work will be delivered within a newly defined timeline.
Any disputes regarding quality or scope will be reviewed by our quality assurance team, whose decision shall be final.
Requests submitted after 7 days will be chargeable, and a new quote will be provided.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases made on AssignPro Solution are final and non-refundable.
By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with banks or payment gateways.
If you experience issues with our services, we encourage you to contact our support team for resolution.
Any exception to this policy must be approved in writing and remains at our sole discretion.

8. Terms of Payment
Payments must be completed during or immediately after order placement unless otherwise agreed.
In case of partial payment, the balance must be cleared before the final delivery.
AssignPro Solution reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a suitable expert cannot be secured.
If full payment is made but no expert is available, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
All payment-related disputes will be resolved by AssignPro Solution, and our decision will be final, supported by clear justification.
9. General Disclaimer
Website resources are used at the user’s own risk.
AssignPro Solution may not operate on public holidays; any support offered during such times is discretionary.
Customers are responsible for checking their university or institutional academic policies before using our services.
We strictly provide academic assistance and reference material, not professional or legal advice.
We are not responsible for website downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.
AssignPro Solution shall not be liable for any losses caused by site suspension, modification, or discontinuation.
All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India or other applicable regulatory authorities.
10. Termination
