At AssignPro Solution, we believe in transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are evaluated, processed, and credited. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Overview of AssignPro Solution Refund Policy

AssignPro Solution has a clearly defined refund framework to ensure trust and confidence among users. Refund eligibility depends on multiple factors such as order status, delivery timelines, expert allocation, and compliance with original order requirements.

We take full responsibility for delivering services as per the agreed specifications and timelines. If we fail to meet these commitments due to reasons within our control, the customer may be eligible for a refund or service credit, subject to policy conditions.

Due to the involvement of human expertise, minor deviations may occur; however, our priority remains service quality and customer satisfaction.


2. How to Raise a Refund Request

Customers can submit refund requests within the applicable timeline using the following methods:

Option 1: Through User Dashboard

  1. Log in to your AssignPro Solution account

  2. Navigate to your dashboard

  3. Select the relevant order

  4. Choose the refund or dissatisfaction option

  5. Submit the reason along with valid proof or documentation

  6. Wait for evaluation by our support team

Option 2: Via Email

If dashboard access is unavailable, customers may email our official support email ID with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting documents or proof

⚠️ Refund requests raised outside the allowed timeline or without supporting evidence may be rejected.


3. Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refunds after order cancellation depend on the order status:

  • Expert already assigned & work initiated:
    The order becomes non-refundable.

  • No expert assigned & more than 75% of deadline elapsed:
    A 25% service credit may be issued to the customer’s wallet after internal review.

Refunds and cancellations may vary by service type. Customers are advised to review this policy carefully before placing an order.


4. Non-Delivery Due to Expert Unavailability

While rare, if an order cannot be delivered due to expert unavailability:

  • AssignPro Solution will issue a 50%–100% wallet credit, based on case evaluation

  • The analysis and credit decision will be completed within 7 working days

  • Wallet credits can be used for future orders only


5. Missed Deadlines – Refund Conditions

If an order deadline is missed, the following conditions apply:

  • If the solution has already been downloaded, no refund will be approved

  • Delays caused by customer’s late input or missing information make the order non-refundable

  • Sudden deadline changes requested by the customer render the order non-refundable

  • If AssignPro Solution misses the deadline due to internal reasons:

    • A revised solution will be delivered

    • Refund requests must include proof of deadline submission

    • A 50%–100% wallet credit or discount coupon may be issued

The final decision rests with the AssignPro Solution support team.


6. Low Grades or Failed Results

AssignPro Solution does not guarantee grades and does not offer cash refunds for academic results.

However, in case of dissatisfaction due to grades, customers may raise a dissatisfaction request by submitting:

  • Official grade sheet

  • Faculty feedback

  • Supporting documents

  • Approved amounts are credited to the wallet only

Customer support decisions after evaluation are final.


7. Special Cases – Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or money-back guarantees are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Orders booked with partial payment and refund requested after partial delivery

  • Insufficient or delayed information provided by the customer

  • Services such as editing, proofreading, customization, where original content is client-provided

  • Orders placed under steep or urgent deadlines, including:

    • 0–2000 words: delivery within 72 hours

    • 2000–6000 words: delivery within 96 hours

    • 6000–10000 words: delivery within 120 hours

    • 10000+ words: delivery within 140 hours

  • No response or requirement updates from the client within 7 days

  • Pre-booked orders without timely requirement submission

Pre-Booked Orders

  • Minimum 3 assignments

  • Minimum 6000 words

  • Requirements must be shared 10 days in advance

  • Failure to comply may attract additional charges


8. Refund Method

  • All approved refunds are credited to the AssignPro Solution wallet only

  • No cash, bank, or card refunds are processed under any circumstance

  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and time-bound


9. Final Authority

All refund and dispute decisions are made after careful review by the AssignPro Solution Customer Support Team. Their decision shall be final and binding.
